Various illnesses that fall under the heart disease category include unhealthy blood vessels (i.e. coronary artery disease), heart rhythm problems, heart infections and congenital heart defects.
And yet, here’s the GOOD NEWS: heart disease is largely preventable. All you need to do is lead a heart healthy lifestyle by eating healthy and exercising. Small changes create big results. Choose to live healthy and influence the lives around you.
