TheEqual Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is an independent federal agency created by Congress in 1964 to eradicate discrimination in employment. The Commission enforces various statutes that prohibit employment discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, religion, retaliation, age, and disability or protected veteran status.

Buying Individual Health Insurance between 2/1/2016 – 12/31/2016

If you are looking to change your existing policy or to buy a new one you have to have a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) between February 1, – December 31, 2016.

What is a Special Enrollment Period (SEP)?

1. Your personal circumstances change, including:
