A proud Tucson native and alumnus of Salpointe Catholic High School and the University of Arizona, Jeff Ronstadt has over 30 years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry, and combines his professional expertise with his commitment to community, helping local businesses and families protect what matters most. Deeply committed to giving back to the Southern Arizona community. Jeff is a member of the Tucson Conquistadores, The Centurions, The Rotary Club of Tucson, the Arizona Daily Star Sportsmen’s Send a Kid to Camp Fund, the Chapter Advisory Board for the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity (Arizona Alpha Chapter), and the Advisory Board of the Steele Children’s Research Center at the University of Arizona. Jeff and his wife Tiana are proud parents of two adult children.
James F. Ronstadt has made significant contributions to the Tucson community through his long-standing career in public service and civic engagement. Born in Tucson, Arizona, he began his career with the City of Tucson in 1964 and served as Director of Parks and Recreation from 1978 to 1998. Under his leadership, the department expanded recreational facilities and programs, enhancing the quality of life for residents. In recognition of his service, the entry plaza at Reid Park Zoo was named in his honor. Beyond his municipal work, Ronstadt has been active in various organizations, including Rotary International and the Arizona Parks and Recreation Association, where he was named Distinguished Professional in 1995. His dedication to community service earned him the title of Man of the Year by the City of Tucson in 1995 and induction into the Pima County Sports Hall of Fame in 1996. After retiring from the city, he continued his commitment to public service by assisting KUAT Communications in fundraising efforts for digital broadcasting. A fifth-generation Tucsonan, Ronstadt’s legacy reflects a deep commitment to the city’s development and well-being.
