She’s a rock star – understood my needs and my situation quickly and pointed me in the right direction in terms of plans and options, had all the information I needed, helped me get through the application process quickly, and did it all with a lot of humor, sympathy, etc. I never would have thought to get short-term coverage for the time that it’ll take Blue Cross Blue Shield to process my application – she really had my back on that one.
