Our Company, HealthTrio, became a client of Ronstadt Insurance Company in 2008. Not only have they strived to secure the best plans and best insurance rates for us each year, they support us all year long regarding company and employee insurance issues and bringing about acceptable resolution. Any time I contact Ronstadt Insurance for assistance, I get a call or email back with the information needed, or to assure me they are in contact with the insurance company letting me know what they have done or are doing to resolve my issue. I am a customer service oriented person and am always amazed how hard the entire Ronstadt staff works to meet our Company’s needs, how professional they are, and how they normally achieve the results I want.

Jill Baumann/Ronstadt Insurance held my hand through the process of getting insurance, followed up, and did everything to ease my mind and allow me to foucs on other things. The fact that I am paying $100 less a month is a real treat, too.

Jill Baumann has shown great care while working with my mother. She spent time going over all aspects of the policies, carefully explaining fine points and details. Great care was taken to make sure that my mother understood what is usually confusing jargon. On two occasions, she even took time to visit my mother’s house to help her with paperwork to obtain eight different prescriptions via mail order.

My late wife was the health insurance expert in our family. With her gone, I went into a panic when I received notice that I needed to change plans. Then I remembered hearing that in his retirement Jim Ronstadt had joined his son’s firm. I came to know Jim very well when he was director of the Tucson Parks and Recreation Department and a life member of the Tucson Conquistadores. I gave him a call, we went to lunch and the rest is history. The plan he suggested saved me $2,900 in the first year. But just as important is the piece of mind knowing that if I have a problem, I can reach for the phone and talk to him directly without having to deal with a recorded message I don’t understand.
